Looking at the weather right now I don’t think snow shoes would be adequate! Well more to the point, winter tyres on a 4X4 would be what I need, I don’t mind the walking bit just the driving bit that worries me so it may have to be postponed until next weekend and I will just have to hope that there is still some snow capped peaks
